Payment Policy: PAYMENT POLICY: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Deposit will be used for damage, repairs, or losses, and any unused portion will be refunded upon inspection of the premises.
 
Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled check in date will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $100.00 service charge. Cancellations made 60 days or less in advance of the scheduled stay will forfeit the entire deposit.

  MAID SERVICE :
  We do not offer daily maid service in our condo units. Our prices are the very best because we do not have this additional expense. Your condo will be clean and ready for you at check in, and a check out cleaning will be performed when you leave. For stays over 7 nights, mid-stay cleanings may be scheduled. If you wish to wash clothes, there are coin operated washers and dryers on each floor for your use.
