POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Payment accept in US dollars by check, money order or cashiers check only. 50% deposit to hold reservation. Balance due 60 days before arrival. Comment: Discounts for stays of 21 days or longer except Feb. All rates are for 4 guests. Per extra guest: $70.00/wk.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations less that 60 days before arrival subject to re-rental less $100 fee. Cancellations prior to 60 days before arrival full refund less $50 fee.
	Rules: Rates are for stays of 7 days or more. We collect a $200 security/cleaning deposit check with the final payment. This check will be returned to the renter uncashed if upon departutre we get our keys back and everything is OK. Rates are subject to change without notice.
