	Cancellation Policy: •Cancellations – Cancel more than 30 days in advance of arrival, Deposit will be refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. •Cancel less than 30 days – if we are unable to rent between initial arrival date and initial departure dates all funds will be forfeited. If you cancel less than 30 days of initial arrival date and initial departure date and some of the days can be rented then deposit is not returned and a pro-rata refund will be given. •On NO SHOWS or EARLY DEPARTURES all funds forfeited. If property can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be given. •Cancellation policy is subject to change at any time without notice. •Cleaning fee of $ 95.00 applies if booking is less than 7 days.
