Payment Policy: ADVANCE PAYMENT: Checks should be made payable to Discount Hawaii Condos. DHC must receive the deposit within 10 days of making the reservation. Full payment of the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of arrival require full payment within 7 days. All reservations are tentative until the deposit is received. Upon receipt of deposit, you will receive a receipt via email stating the remaining balance and the date it is due.
DEPOSITS/FEES: Cleaning fee is only for post-occupancy cleaning, inspection and inventory. No maid service is provided during your stay. Security Deposit shall serve as a security & damage deposit and for additional cleaning, if necessary, and is fully refundable after the condo has been inspected and cleared for damages.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation charge of $50.00. For reservations cancelled 60 or more before arrival, a 100% refund will be made (minus the cancellation fee). No refund will be made for less than 60 days if the condo is not rented for the reserved period. If the unit is re-rented, all monies will be refunded less the $50.00 cancellation charge. No refunds will be made for early departures or if the number in party decreases
