A deposit of $150 is needed to "hold" the condo. Complete payment including taxes and cleaning fee is due 90 days prior to the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $ 50. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $150. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
