POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All funds in US Dollars. 3 Night Minimum Stay. Rates vary from $110-$225/night .. $875-$1475/week. Rates depend on the number of guests and length of stay. We accept cash and personal or cashiers checks. We require a 50% deposit in advance in order to confirm a reservation. No shows will be charged for the entire stay.
	Cancellation Policy: Payment in full must be received 10 days prior to the stay. Up to 30 days before the stay, deposits will be refunded in full less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Deposits for cancellations within 30 days of the stay will be refunded only if we are able to rebook the stay with other guests.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
