Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.

Above rates are for up to 8 guests; Add $50 per person per week ($15 per day) for up to 2 additional guests, 11th and 12th guests stay free.

$800 refundable deposit is required; $250 plus tax will be deducted from deposit return for standard outcleaning fee, 11.416% Hawaii state taxes will be added to all reservations. One half of rental fees are required within 10 days of booking. The full amount plus security deposit is due 90 days prior to arrival. Minimum 4 nights booking; one week minimum booking during Christmas holidays, unless calendar allows otherwise.

Last Minute Specials:

$1200 per week for reservation made within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

TERMINATION, MODIFICATION and NON-PAYMENT POLICY: Payment of rent in full, including taxes, is required no later than 90 days prior to Guest's arrival date. If termination is made at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies will be refunded, less $150.00 service fee. Termination made less than 90 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rent plus taxes unless the property can be re-rented. If the property can be re-rented for an equal or greater amount, all rents plus taxes collected from the Guest will be refunded and the security deposit will be returned less a $150.00 service fee. All terminations must be made in writing (email and Fax acceptable). Reservation modifications resulting in issuance of a new Agreement may incur a $75.00 re-issuance fee. Reservations not paid in full by the due date shall be subject to termination and forfeiture of the Rental Deposit.
