Rules:
Owner will make every effort to assure that unit, its appliances and furnishings are in good condition and to arrange prompt maintenance if notified by guest of problems with appliances or equipment in unit. Guests agree to maintain the unit with care and leave it in the condition in which it was found, and to replace or pay for any items that break or are damaged due to guest use. Guests further agree to follow guidelines provided by The Cliffs and on owner’s attached “Guest Welcome” page, and to cooperate with resort quiet hours. No smoking or lighted candles in unit, no grilling on unit lanais, and no pets are permitted in unit. Use of the condo for parties, housing unauthorized guests or purposes other than renters’ own personal/family vacation is prohibited. Security officers may be contacted and guests may be asked to leave the property with no refund if they create disturbances to other Cliffs guests. Owner will not be held responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal property, nor for any risk relating to guests’ use of pool and jacuzzi, nor for the inherent risks associated with guests’activities in and around the resort, the ocean and the rugged terrain in the area. § A credit card will be requested by the Cliffs desk clerk at registration to cover outgoing phone calls and any other services requested by guest through the resort front desk. Calling card is recommended for long distance calls. Keys are issued at the Resort Registration Desk and are to be returned there at check-out. A $25 fee is charged for a lost key.
