POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. There is a standard hotel & state taxes of 11.416% added to all rates, and a $250 cleaning fee. Prices are subject to change without notice. We require a $750 deposit when you book a reservation. Full payment is due 45 days in advance. Your deposit is returned within 2-3 weeks after departure, assuming no extraordinary cleaning or maintenance.
	Cancellation Policy: Outside of the 45 day period, we return 50% of your deposit, retaining the other 50% to cover administrative costs. Inside the 45 day period, the entire amount is retained, except in the case of extreme family misfortune.
