	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Regular: $1750/week.Summer: May - August, $1850/week. Christmas/New Year: December 15-January 07 .. $2200/week. $500 deposit payable upon reservation. $275 cleaning fee. Hawaii Tax of 11.416% applies. Monthly rate ... $6000/Month. For a booking of more than 10 guests, there will be an extra charge of $10 per person per night. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellation received by owner on or more than 90 days prior to rental commencement, Security Deposit will be returned minus $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to rental will result in loss of security deposit.
	Rules: No smoking. No drugs. No pets.
