Cancellation Policy:
1/4th non-refundable rent is due to hold dates. The balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. Credit cards are not accepted at this time however personal or business checks, money orders or cashier’s checks are accepted. Any request to cancel must be provided in writing. No refunds if cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to your Check-In Date. Damage deposit is due no later than thirty (30) days prior to the Check-In Date.
