	Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars. One Night Deposit is Due Within 10 Days To Insure Reservation Dates. Full Payment is Due 45 Days Prior to Arrival The Total Charge is the Rate Plus Tax @ 11.41% There Are No additional charges
	Cancellation Policy: There is a no-refund policy for cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival, unless it can be booked by soneone else.
	Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED *the house is carpeted and some vacationers are 'highly allergic to pets'. So please no pets. This is a no smoking house. If you have to please smoke in the beautiful outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Ants are a common problem in the tropics, please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of trash appropriately. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. Most Hawaiians are asleep after 10pm.
