Payment Policy: Daily, Weekly, Monthly rates for 1 - 4 guests Rates include state taxes Daily, Weekly and Monthly rates include 11.962% state tax (subject to change at the state's discretion) Departure cleaning fee of $75.00 US for all rates. Security deposit of $100.00 US and key deposit of $200.00 US (2 sets) Rates subject to change unless confirmed with initial deposit. Building/Unit Policies emailed before booking confirmed. Visa and MasterCard Accepted All deposits are forfeited if anyone smokes in the unit or on the lanai.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of security deposit. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival unless unit can be rented for the same number of days. Travel Insurance is advised.
