Rules:
Building/Unit Policies
1. Maximum number of guests in unit is five
2. Minimum stay is seven nights.
3. No smoking in unit or on lanai.
4. No pets.
5. Daily maid service not provided. Rental fee includes a one-time linen/towel set up.
6. We do not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a responsible adult guardian or parent.
7. On-site parking is provided. Parking only in space number 602. There is no guest parking provided. If car is not properly parked, it will be towed at owner’s expense.
8. Guests will not disturb or endanger neighbors, nor use the premises for any offensive or illegal activities.
9. Guests agree to hold owner harmless from all liability, loss or damage resulting from carelessness, neglect or improper conduct of guests and their visitors.
10. Storm policy: Refunds will not be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuation of the area. If such an evacuation is ordered, we will refund:
A. Any unused portion of the rent for a guest currently staying at the unit.
B. Any unused portion of rent from a guest who is scheduled to arrive and wants to shorten their stay to come in after the storm/hurricane warning is lifted.
C. Any advance rent collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the warning period.
Any exceptions to the above policies must be agreed to by both parties in writing and in advance. Guests agree that violation of the terms of this agreement will result in termination of occupancy and that they will remedy any damages or expenses they cause. Upon receipt of final payment by owners/manager the tenants/guests acknowledges receipt and acceptance of the “Building/Unit Policies”.
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The property will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, or for loss of personal property or valuables of any kind.
