	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or Change Policy: Cancellation or changes must be received 4 weeks prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations less than 4 weeks, forfeit 50% of rental unless room resells. Cancellations less than 2 weeks, forfeit 75% of rental unless condo resells. To avoid deposit loss, entire amount may remain on file for 1 year to be applied to a future stay.
