	Cancellation Policy: If prior to 60 days of arrival, 1 nights' charge. If within 60 days of arrival, 2 nights' charge, plus remaining balance if unable to re-rent. If able to fill vacancy, then pro-rata refund will be given.
	Rules: $200 Security Deposit- refunded if no damage or missing items are noted, or excessive cleaning is required. Two nights' deposit required to secure reservation. Balance due within 60 days of arrival. If arriving within 60 days, full payment is required.
