Reservation Policy:
To confirm a reservation a deposit of 50% must be received within 10 days of the booking date. (Booking date is considered the day one arranges the dates and times of the reservation) All methods of payment are in U.S. funds by money order, cashier's, personal check, wire transfer or creditcard. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Refund Policy:
Full Refund: A full refund of all monies paid - minus a $50 booking fee - is given if the reservation is cancelled no less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Partial Refund: If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 but more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, the 50% deposit is forfeited.
No Refund: If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the reservation date the full amount is owed as this is not enough notification to rebook the dates.
Should we be able to re-book for partial or all of the dates you had reserved, we will give you a refund for the dates we could fill minus a $50 booking fee. WE will try our hardest to do so!
