Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars A deposit of one nights rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival . Personal checks ,money orders ,travelers Checks are accepted forms of payment. Security deposit of $500 will be returned within 10 business days of departure. We inventiry and inspect the unit before and after your stay You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear . You could be charged for violation of house rules

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations of more than 14 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $50 or one nights rent For a cancellation of 7days prior to arrival there is a fee of 150 or one nights rent . There is no refund for cancellations of less than seven days prior to arrival . Travel insurance is advised.

Garbage Pickup is on Tuesday Plese set the garbage near to road ,Due to bears and other animals all trash should be placed in the garbage can with the lid tightly closed Smoking is permitted on the deck but is not permitted in the house . Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. General house rules and instructions are posted on the refigerator in the kitchen
