	Payment Policy: Rates Are In US Dollars. Rates Are Subject To Change Without Prior Notice. VISA / MC accepted. 1/2 down upon reservation, balance run 45 days from arrival. Travel Insurance is offered as an optional item on short term reservations.
	Cancellation Policy: Full refund available less a $50 processing fee up to 45 days from arrival. Within 45 days, a claim with the travel insurace company would be necessary. We do not verify or grant policy coverage.
	Rules: No Smoking - Pets allowed with prior owner approval, pet fee required in addition to rental fee. Rules sent with confirmation.

MAID SERVICE :

Housekeeping fee charged on all rentals, housekeeping done upon departure. Additional cleaning available at an extra charge. Paper products, soaps, shampoos, laundry soap, dish soap, and coffee/tea basket included. Some item may be needed to purchase for longer stays.
