Payment Policy: Rates are listed in US Dollars. A deposit of one day's rent, $200, to hold your rental is due within 10 days of booking. The remainder of the rent for the full rental period is due 60 days prior to arrival and a security deposit in the amount of two day's rent is due upon arrival (to be returned at end of rental agreement minus any damage costs or cleaning fees). We inventory the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing or damaged items including linens, keys, garage door openers, dishes, housewares, etc. You will also be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, garbage not properly disposed of. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. If the rental period is for more than 90 days, arrangements can be made to pay the extra month's rent over the time of rental. Personal checks, money orders, Paypal and cashier's checks are acceptable forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days in advance, there is a $25.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations between 90 days and 60 days in advance, there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations between 60 days and 30 days in advance, there is a one day $200.00 cancellation fee, and any cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will require the full fee for the rental.
