Payment Policy:

Only U.S currency is acceptable.

Payment Options: Money Order, Cashier’s Check, PayPal, Deposits: A sum of 50% of the total rental price must be paid at time of reservations. The remaining 50% must be paid in cash at the time of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION OF A CONFIRMED RESERVATION, A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY. Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival date: 30% of total agreed upon price. Cancellation less then 15 days before arrival date: 50% of total agreed upon price.

Rules: Pets are allowed for 14 days or more reservations.
Other Fees: Upon arrival, guest must leave a security deposit of $100.00 which will be returned at the time of departure provided that there is no damage to the premises or its content. An additional $100.00 security deposit for damages will be charged for pets.
