	Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars. 7 Night stays deduct $70. Holidays are at weekend rate + $10. 3 Nights minimum on Holidays.
	Cancellation Policy: With 30 day notice of cancellation, deposit will apply to future stay within next 12 months less $25 cancellation fee. Approved changes to the date of your reservation are subject to a $15 fee.
	Rules: Reservations recommended - 50% deposit,Deposit must be received within 5 days. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express accepted. Prices subject to change. Call for current prices.
