Type/Description of Rental – One hundred acre farm with lodge, areas for outdoor activities, and trails for walking, hiking, and horseback riding. Guided
horseback riding is available upon request ($50.00 per 1.5 hours for each rider).
Check-In Time - 10:00 AM Check-Out Time - 1:00 PM
Before Vacating the Premise, I (we) will:
1. Separate bottles-cans/trash and place in garbage cans.
2. Clean refrigerator and leave no food or drink.
3. Clean table, stove, sink, and counters.
4. Wash all dishes, utensils, pans, etc. on a daily basis.
5. Strip all beds and place towels, etc.in containers
provided.
Rent - *$ 99.00 per bedroom/availability (4) Minimum Stay - 2 days * Includes 10% KY Tax
Reservation Deposit - $25.00 for each bedroom (required 7 days in advance, check or cash/subtracted from daily rate)
*Balance Due - Day of Arrival Pets - No Smoking - No
Cancellation - Notification required (3) days prior to arrival for deposit refund.
