	Cancellation Policy: 30 Days notice required for 50% refund of deposit (minus 4% fee). Less than 30 days notice, no refund. 90 days notice required for 50% refund (minus 4% fee) during "special events". Less than 90 days notice no refund during "special events". 4% processing fee retained for all cancellations. Cancellation refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
