POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Extra fee for occupants exceeding 6. General housekeeping at departure is included. Housekeeping during stay may be prearranged and is at $30.00 per hour. Wireless laptop computer available to rent @ $40.00 (plus tax) for the week. Tax Rate: 7.0%. To confirm a reservation: Within 2 weeks of making a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of one-third the rental amount (check or money order) along with a signed lease is required to secure a reservation. Credit card information is requested on the lease to act as a security deposit and for any additional services used during time of stay. Final payment is due 30 days in advance of arrival. Upon receipt of final payment, directions will be provided and access to keys will be arranged.
	Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel after confirming, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Failure to make final payment at least 30 days in advance of arrival will be cause for termination of the reservation. Refund of any of the final payment will be contingent upon the owner's ability to re-rent the property for the same period. Any deviation from these policies is at owner's discretion.
	Rules: This is a non-smoking property and is not appropriate for smokers. No pets, please
