	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. We require a 25% to 50% deposit to reserve your booking date to be sent in within 10 days of receipt of the rental agreement. Balance of monies are due 30 prior to check-in. There is also a $1000 refundable security deposit due with final payment. Personal check, money order are acceptable forms of payment
	Cancellation Policy: We have absolutely no desire to profit from an unfortunate change of plans. So, we will refund 100% of your deposit if and when we are able to rebook your vacation time frame. If you are concerned that you may have to cancel your vacation, please go to www.insuremytrip.com and purchase trip insurance. For relatively little money, about $400 for $6000 worth of coverage, you can find peace of mind.
	Rules: No Smoking. Pets allowed.
