Payment Policy: All funds in US Dollars, Payment via credit card will be accepted through PayPal. $300 deposit to hold date then 50% due 60 days prior to stay and 50% due 30 days prior to stay. All rates quoted are subject to 7% Maine Sales Tax. If pet has been accepted, $400 deposit to hold date plus $25/night additional cost (plus 7% Maine tax)

Cancellation Policy: Advanced monies will be refunded if rental is cancelled before 60 days prior to the beginning date of the rental. In the event of cancellation after that time, refund of any advanced monies (security deposit and/or rental fees will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved. If the property is vacated by the lessee during the rental, prior to the ending date of the term, there will be no refund of rental fee.

Rules: The house is to be occupied by no more than eight persons, including children of any age. No smoking except from the screened-in porch. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional charge for pet of $25/night and additional $100 security deposit. All stays are for a minimum of 4 nights. Weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday, June through October with check-in not sooner than 5 pm and check-out by noon.
