	Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. A 25% deposit plus a cleaning fee of $125.00 is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment may be in the form of personal check, money order or traveler's check.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a $100.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations less than 90 days but more than 30 days to arrival, there is a $250.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
	Rules: * No smoking inside the home at any time * A small housetrained dog will be considered with Pet Fee * Local calls are free; please use cell phones for others * No loud house parties permitted
