Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

Down payment of 50% is due within 10 days of making reservation. If payment has not been received the property will be made available to public. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Cash and personal checks 30 days prior to arrival. NO personal checks will be accepted on arrival. A $50.00 bank charge will be applied for all returned checks.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel a reservation and we will do our best to re-rent your reserved accommodation for the same rate and time period. All cancellations must be received in writing at which time the property will be made available to another guest. Money will not be returned unless the property is re-rented for the exact time period and same rate, at which time a $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged.
