POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. 9% room taxes and $300 refundable security deposit will be added to the invoice. Payment schedule: 1/3 at reservation; balance no later than 31 days prior to arrival date. Mini-Weeks. --Weekends (Fri-Mon)= 65% of Weekly Rate+ $80 cleaning fee. --Week days (Mon-Fri) = 45% of Weekly Rate + $80 cleaning fee NOTE: Miniweeks are NOT available in July and August.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 33% of the total rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
	Rules: Sorry. Family renting only. No Group or Student renting. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Taxes extra. No Smoking, please. No Pet, please.
