	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
	Cancellation Policy: A $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation. If the property is not rerented for the same period of time and the same rental amount, the entire advance rental payment and the security deposit will be forfeited. If the property is rerented for the same period of time and the same amount, your advanced payment, less the cancellation fee $75.00 will be refunded upon receipt of advance payment from the new tenant. Transfer of reservations for different dates will be treated as a cancellation. The owner will be working with you to find the resolution.
