Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds.

Minimum of 2 night stay is required. Week nights are Sun to Thurs. Weekend nights are Fri & Sat.
Rent includes linens, towels, high speed Internet, local phone calls & all utilities.
For longer stay, please inquire.
Discount of 10% is applied to any final payment that is post-marked 31 days or more prior to date of occupancy.
For weekly rentals, a nonrefundable deposit of $1,000 is required with a signed rental agreement to confirm your reservation. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to your date of arrival.
For nightly rentals, full payment, received at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival, is required with a signed rental agreement to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: The initial deposit is nonrefundable. For cancellations that are made at least 30 days before the first date of occupancy, you will be refunded the total balance. For cancellations that are made at least 15 days before the first date of occupancy, you will be refunded the balance if the unit is rented out to another party at the reserved time.
