	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.
	Cancellation Policy: Half the rent is required at signing the Rental Agreement. This is refundable up to 90 days before occupancy, minus a 150$ processing fee. After 90 days the deposit is refundable only if the time period can be re-rented, minus again the processing fee.
	Rules: We expect the home to be delivered in broom-clean condition, with the linens and towels that belong to the house passed thru the W+DR and folded and put back in each room. ( This allows the cleaning crew to verify that all linens are availible for the next guests). The garbage must be disposed off (bagged and in cans) twice per week at the curb (instructions are on the fridge).
