Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

$4,000.00/week plus 300.00 cleaning/damage deposit = Total $4,300.00.
Rates are a base rent and a cleaning/damage deposit which is returned when house if left clean and undamaged.
 
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for cancelations. Special consideration to those able to take another available date.

 
Rules: Rules of the house are simple and are posted in the house. Rule of thumb is to care for the house, cleanliness and no pets or damage. Refund of deposit depends on this. Owner has an apartment attached to property and may be close.
