	Cancellation Policy: Cottages: 50% deposit. Balance on arrival. Cancellation: within 14 days, refund only if re rental of entire reservation. Prior to 14 days: $100 service charge, balance refunded Guest Room: 1 night deposit. Prior to 14 days, $25 service charge. Withing 14 days, 50% service charge, balance refunded only if re rental of entire reservation.
	Rules: $50 extra per person, per week. Rate does not include linen service. Guest rooms, $25 per night.
