	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Funds Rates April - May : $200/night Memorial Day Weekend: $350 Early June : $225/night,;$1350/Week Late June : $325/night; 1950/Week July - August : $350/Day, $2100/Week Early September:- 325/Day, 1900/Week Late September _ October :- 250/Day, 1500/Week December:- 200/Day, 850/Week, 1950/Month Thanksgiving: $250/night Christmas Stroll, Christmas, and New Year's: $325/night 3 night minimum. Flexible on in/out day
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days in advance are refunded in full, less a 10% booking fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are refunded ONLY if the space is re-rented at the same rate. All funds received for re-renting are refunded in full.
	Rules: No smoking. No pets. No leaning or sitting on the railing of the roof walk. On Departure: Create a list of rules for the guest’s departure. Here are some sample rules. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Leave keys on kitchen table. Please be sure there is a key in the lockbox. Please do NOT lock the door; the cleaning crew will lock it.

MAID SERVICE :

The maid will clean after you leave. Please leave used linens on the bed in the bedroom, used towels in the tub. Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and wash before you leave.
