All payments should be made in US Dollars.



After Labor day only $595 week.



Winter Rental- September - June $995/month plus utilities - 6 month minimum.



$1150 month Winter (September-May. 6 month minimum rental.



50% Reservation deposit required upon booking. 60 day notice to cancel for full refund. Full payment required 30 days prior plus a $300 damage deposit. (long haired pets will be charged a $100 non-refundable deposit.



September Bargain - $595 week - (after Labor Day
