	Payment Policy: All funds in US Dollars. 50% deposit at time of booking ($250 Non-Refundable Unless Rebooked). Remaining 50% Due 30 Days Prior to Stay. $250 cleaning deposit
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to 90 days of rental there is a 50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 90-31 days prior to rental there's a 250 cancellation fee. Cancellations prior to 30 days of rental there's a 50% retainer fee. All moneys are refunded in full if the property is re-rented for an equal or greater value.
	Rules: Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. -No Smoking. -Pet Friendly. Must notify owner of all pets upfront. -Parking. Limited to 4 cars. Notify owner for exceptions. -First come, first serve. Rental confirmation is not final until deposits are received. (50% plus a 250 cleaning deposit to reserve your stay).

MAID SERVICE :

250 cleaning deposit fully refunded if property is left in same condition as recieved. If you'd rather make it a true vacation, and leave the cleaning to us, we're happy to do so - $50/hr. and we'll deduct it from your deposit.
