Westville Cottage/West End Luxury Vacation Rental

Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

50% required with reservation balance plus $650.00 security deposit (refundable) due one month prior to arrival.

Pet Fee $100.00/pet (non-sheading breeds only 25 Lbs or smaller. See details in other policies. Theme Weeks (Circuit, Bear, Family, Carnival, Womens Week) add $2000.00

Cancellation Policy:

If you have to cancel your reservation due to an unforseen circumstances, a written request must be made to the owner. If the owner is successful in renting the cottage for the same term at the same rate or greater value, your deposit will be returned.

Rules:

NON-Smoking Premises If your pet is approved you must be able to provide current vaccination records and your dog should be treated for Flea and Ticks prior to check-in (Provincetown is a beach resort location, warm weather summertime is noted for higher breeding rates for ticks and fleas).
