	Payment Policy: All Rates Are In US Dollars. Rates Are Subject To Change Without prior Notice. The rental rate for the High Season (End of May through the first Saturday after Labor Day)is $3,500 per week. 50% of the rental reserves your chosen week(s), with the balance due 1 month before occupancy. We accept personal checks or Bank checks. You must pay for cleaning on the day of your departure with our designated cleaner - rate will be advised to you at the time of reservation. The cleaner accepts personal checks or cash. Please ask for fall/winter rates
	Rules: No more than 6 people are permitted to sleep in the house!
	Check In Time: 2:00pm Check Out Time: 10:00am Time Zone: Eastern
