Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or shortened stays will require at least 21 days notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid full forfeiture of your deposit. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the stay ($50 minimum) will be assessed for all cancellations 21 days prior to the arrival date. Within 21 days of your arrival date we will refund your deposit minus the cancellation fee only if the reserved room is re-rented.
