	Payment Policy: WEEKLY RATES 2009 SEASON Off-Season (10/17/09–5/28/10) House only: $975; or $600 minimum for up to 3-night weekend 2010 SEASON High-Season (6/26 to 8/27) House & Guest House: $3200 House: $2400 Guest House: $1200 Low-Seasons (5/29 to 6/25 & 8/28 to 10/15) House & Guest House: $2000 House only: $1400 Guest House only: $900 Off-Season (10/16/10 to 5/27/11) House only: $975; or $600 minimum for up to 3-night weekend Security Deposit We require a $500 security deposit (see our Rental Agreement for details). Last Minute Special Take 20% off any High- or Low-Season weekly stay booked within 13 days of the check-in date
	Cancellation Policy: Refund less 15% and rental difference only if cancelled week is booked.
	Rules: Last minute special applies to High and low season weeks only, not off season dates
