	Payment Policy: An advance deposit of 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking the reservation to confirm the reservation. The balance of rent is due fourteen days before arrival. The deposit will be applied toward the rent.
	Cancellation Policy: A thirty day notice is required for cancellation.
	Rules: Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out is 10 am. No smoking is permitted and no pets are permitted.
	Check In Time: 3 PM Check Out Time: 10 AM Time Zone: Eastern
