	Payment Policy: All rates are based on US Dollars and require $240 cleaning fee. June 14 thru Labor Day '08 - $4500/week September'08 (after Labor Day) $4000/week October'08- $3500/week November-April '09 $2500/week, Christmas week $3000 Booking policy: 50% deposit plus $500 security deposit required to secure reservation. Remainder due 2 months prior to arrival. Additional cleaning fees will be assessed for smoking.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy: deposits will be refunded when the property is re-rented at the same rate and dates.
	Check In Time: 4 pm Check Out Time: 9 am Time Zone: Eastern
