Payment Policy: All funds are in US Dollars
October to May....................................... $625 per week
June, Sept, Christmas and New Year's.......$725 per week
July & August..........................................$825 per week
Nightly is available October through May (3 night minimum) $125 per night
Cleaning fee is $75 additional.
$200 reservation/security deposit required.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival receive full deposit back.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival receive no deposit back unless unit is re-rented (then entire $200 is refunded).
