	Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. $300 security deposit required to reserve rental. Security deposit will be returned within approximately 10 business days of end of rental. Full payment is due 10 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.
	Cancellation Policy: $75 charge for cancellations 30-90 days before rental. Within 30 days, full security deposit is forfeited. However, a partial or full refund is possible if we are able to re-book property.
	Check In Time: 4 p.m. Check Out Time: 10 a.m. Time Zone: Eastern
