2006 RATES Are as Follows: Hunters & holidays 3 day minimum rental / $110 night.

through 9-30-06 One week rental Cottage #2 or Cottage #3 is $650.
Weeks of 4-29-06
through 9-30-06 One week rental Cottage #1 is $660.
Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. Extra person per night $5. Extra person per week $15. Please let us know the dates you wish to stay, and number of adults and the number and ages of children. For a tentative reservation, give us a firm commitment for your exact dates desired (Sat.-Sat.), and we will give you a tentative reservation. Once your deposit is paid, confirming your reservation. Should you need to cancel, your deposit is refundable if your full reservation is filled. Balance if not pre-paid is Due Immediately Upon Arrival. Of course we prefer that you pre-pay but it is not required. You may cancel via e-mail or telephone anytime. We must receive your Deposit within 5 days to allow receipt of your deposit period, If not, your tentative reservation is automatically cancelled. Check-In hours are 3p.m.-10 p.m. and Check-Out is 10 a.m. We do rent partial weeks or daily, but weekly rentals get first priority during peak Michigan season.
We do rent weekly or daily in the off-season as we are open all year. No refunds for early leave.
Monthly Rates Labor Day through Memorial Day $350./week Based on 4 week stay, ie:, If you check in on Tuesday, you will depart on Tuesday 4 weeks later. 1 week ($350.) deposit required with balance due upon arrival. No refunds for early leave.
