Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

$450.00 Friday thru Sunday weekend.

A deposit of 50 percent of the rental fee is required to hold your reservation. The deposit must be received within one week of your verbal or mail confirmation.

A security deposit of $200 is due at check-in.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 30 days before rental date will receive a refund, less 20 percent cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days before your reserved date.
