Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars.
 
Cancellation Policy: In lieu of a security deposit, a cancellation fee equal to 1/4 of the total stay applies to cancelled reservations unless we are able to re-rent the Silver Lake Retreat.

In that case only a $75 property administration fee will apply.
 
Rules: Weekly Rentals are Saturday-to-Saturday.

Rates are subject to be change.
