	Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars. Deposit of 50% of the rental rate excluding taxes and damage fee is required. This rental deposit must be received within 7 days after booking.
	Cancellation Policy: Notice must be given 30 days prior to the rental date in order to receive a refund of money, less a 10% processing fee . Cancellations occurring within 30 days of the arrival date will result in a full forfeit of monies paid. Mill Pond Realty reserves the right to cancel any reservation.
